This modular based programme looks at the best of the world’s current leadership practices and pulls them together to create very practical, hands on, relevant interactive programme that challenges leaders to lead in ways that work for today’s business environment. Building and leading their people and their business to growth and sustainability.
Outcomes of Attending
By the end of this Thrive Leadership participants
will have:
Raised awareness
of what is required of leaders today with a focus on Coaching as a leadership tool.
Built confidence
and understood how who they are, their values and beliefs drive their approach to leadership and how others follow.
Practiced using the tools
that will enable them to grow as leaders and new thinking to assist them by increasing competence and effectiveness in the role.
Committed to behavioural change
that will raise personal and organisational performance.
Who Should Attend
The programme is aimed at Executive level or one step below. Suitable for organisations who are growing their leadership capabilities and are actively building a good succession pipeline.
The cohort will consist of circa 20 people. Any one organisation may send more than one person on same programme.
